आवेदन करने की विधि एवं अन्य सूचनाएं
1. SPF परियोजना सीधे अथवा किन्हीं अन्य संस्था के साथ प्रारम्भ कर सकता है ।
2. आवेदक एक अथवा अधिक पद हेतु उल्लेख सहित आवेदन कर सकता / सकती है ।
3. आवेदकों की शैक्षणिक-योग्यता एवं पात्रता का निर्धारण चयन-समिति के द्वारा होगा ।
4. परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार हेतु आमंत्रित किए जाने वाले आवेदकों की संख्या एवं सूची का निर्धारण चयन-समिति द्वारा किया जाएगा ।
5. परियोजना की संविदात्मक अवधि नवम्बर 2025 तक है ।
6. प्राप्त आवेदन-पत्रों में से परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार हेतु बुलाए जाने वाले योग्य आवेदकों की संख्या एवं सीमित-सूची का निर्माण चयन-समिति द्वारा अनुमोदित/निर्धारित निर्देशों/मानकों के आधार पर किया जाएगा ।
7. जो आवेदक पहले से ही सेवा में हैं तथा उन्हें परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार हेतु बुलाया गया है तो उन्हें परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार से पूर्व अथवा उसी दिन अपने नियोजक-अनापत्ति-प्रमाण-पत्र देना होगा (EMPOLOYER’S NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE).
8. परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार में आने हेतु कोई भी खर्च SPF द्वारा आवेदक को देय नहीं होगा ।
9. परियोजना का स्थान दिल्ली है ।
10. परियोजना की फल-प्राप्ति एवं प्रोन्नत्ति की निरन्तर सावधिक समीक्षा होगी ।
11. प्रथम तीन मास की अवधि ‘परिवीक्षा-अवधि’ होगी।इस परिवीक्षा अवधि के दौरान यदि आवेदक का कार्य परियोजना-सम्बद्ध अपेक्षा के अनुकूल संतोषजनक नहीं पाया गया तो उसे परियोजना से निर्मुक्त (Termination) किया जा सकता है ।
12. परियोजना से अपेक्षित परिणाम को निश्चित एवं निर्धारित अवधि में पूर्ण करना अनिवार्य है ।
13. भारत सरकार द्वारा स्वीकृत ‘स्व-अभिप्रमाणित’ नीति के अन्तर्गत SPF सभी प्रमाणपत्रों में उल्लिखित सूचनाओं को उसी रूप में स्वीकार करता है ।अतः सूचनाओं की तथ्यात्मकता की प्रमाणिकता की सत्यता एवं असत्यता तथा तदनुकूल परिणामों का दायित्व तथा उत्तरदायित्व आवेदक पर ही होगा ।
14. आवेदकों द्वारा प्रदत्त प्रमाणपत्रों/प्रलेखों की सत्यता/असत्यता को भली-भांति जांचने का अधिकार S P F के पास सुरक्षित है । प्रतिष्ठान नियुक्ति के समय अथवा तत्पश्चात् कभी भी इनकी प्रामाणिकता की जांच कर सकता है।जांच के दौरान जब-कभी भी यह पाया गया कि तथ्यों को छिपाने का अथवा विकृत करने का प्रयास किया गया है तो अभ्यर्थी को बिना किसी पूर्वाग्रह के सेवा से विनिर्मुक्त कर दिया जाएगा ।
15. विज्ञापित पदों में से किसी भी पद को रिक्त रखने का अधिकार S P F के पास सुरक्षित है । किसी भी समय किसी भी विज्ञापित-पद/ पदों को बिना किसी कारण दिए वापिस ले लेने का अधिकार S P F के पास सुरक्षित है । साक्षात्कार के दौरान किसी पद की उत्पन्न आवश्यकता के अनुकूल उस पद को साक्षात्कार हेतु उपलब्ध अभ्यर्थियों में से भरा जा सकता है।
16. चयन-प्रक्रिया के दौरान हुई किसी भी त्रुटि को, जो किसी भी समय पाई गई चाहे चयन -पत्र दे दिया गया हो, संशोधित करने / दूर करने / निर्मूल करने का अधिकार S P F के पास सुरक्षित है ।
17. चयन-प्रक्रिया के अन्तर्गत उत्पन्न किसी विवाद/अस्पष्टता के समाधान हेतु चयन-समिति का निर्णय अन्तिम एवं मान्य होगा ।
18. आवेदकों को आवेदन भरने से पूर्व यह भली-भांति जांच लेना चाहिए कि उनके पास आवेदनीय विज्ञापित पदानुसार न्यूनतम योग्यता है ।
19. किसी भी प्रकार की canvassing अयोग्यता के रूप में स्वीकृत होगी ।
20. (क) किसी भी प्रकार का अन्तरिम पत्र-व्यवहार स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा ।
(ख) साक्षात्कार सहित सभी सूचनाएं, यदि आवश्यक हुईं तो, आवेदक द्वारा उपलब्ध कराई गई E-MAIL अथवा चल-दूरभाष-संख्या (MOBILE NO.) पर संक्षिप्त- सन्देश (SMS) द्वारा भेजी जाएंगी।अतः यह अनिवार्य है कि सभी अभ्यर्थी अपना E-MAIL पता तथा अपनी चल-दूरभाष-संख्या (MOBILE NO.) अवश्य दें। वे स्वयं इस बात की भली-भांति जांच कर लें कि ये दोनों सही हैं ।
21. आवेदन करने की अन्तिम तिथि 01 दिसम्बर 2023 है ।
22. प्रथम साक्षात्कार 02 - 03 दिसम्बर में होगा (ऑनलाइन) | चयनित आवेदकों की लिखित परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार SPF के दिल्ली स्थित कार्यालय में 09 अथवा 10 दिसम्बर को होगी / होगा |
23. चयनित आवेदकों को, चयन सूचना मिलने पर (संभावित तिथि 18 दिसम्बर, 2023) से SPF दिल्ली कार्यालय में उपस्थित होना होगा ।

Instructions for Applying for CSU Special Grants projects 2023 :
1. All / any project may be carried out by SPF directly or in collaboration with other institutions.
2. Applicant needs to apply for the position and there is no need to apply multiple times. (Applicant could be considered for other positions based on the qualification and experience).
3. Qualifications and Suitability of the candidate/s for the project will be decided by the Selection Committee.
4. Selection Committee will decide on necessary criteria for short-listing the candidates.
5. The project contract period is till November 2025.
6. Selection Committee’s decision on the number of candidates for projects will be final.
7. Candidates already in employment and short-listed for interview are required to submit a "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) from the employer prior to or on the date of the test /interview.
8. Screening Guidelines will be decided by the Selection Committee.
9. The projects locations is Delhi.
10. Periodical Review will be conducted on the performance and project progress.
11. Probation period of three months will be applicable. During the probation period if the performance of the candidate does not suit the project requirements, person may be terminated.
12. It is mandatory for the applicant to complete the project deliverables within the timelines.
13. Consequent upon adoption of self-certification provisions as required by the Govt. of India, SPF shall process the applications entirely on the basis of information/documents submitted by the candidates. In case the information/documents are found to be false / incorrect by way of omission or commission, the responsibility and liability shall lie solely with the candidate.
14. SPF reserves all the rights to verify the antecedents or documents submitted by a candidate at the time of appointment or during the tenure of the service. In case, it is detected at any stage that the documents submitted by the candidates are false or the candidate has suppressed relevant information, then his/her services shall be terminated without prejudice to any other action.
15. SPF reserves the right not to fill up any of the advertised posts. SPF reserves the right to withdraw any advertised post(s) at any time without giving any reason. Any consequential vacancies arising at the time of Online test /interview may also be filled up from the available candidates.
16. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection, which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of appointment letter, SPF reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidates.
17. In case of any dispute/ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection, the decision of the Selection Committee shall be final.
18. Candidates are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess at least the minimum essential qualifications laid down in the notification.
19. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
20. (a) No interim correspondence shall be entertained from the candidate.
(b) All correspondence from SPF including Online test /interview call, if any shall be sent to the e-mail or through SMS to the mobile number provided by the candidate. Hence it is mandatory for the candidate to ensure correctness of the e-mail and mobile number in the application form.
21. The last date for receipt of online applications is 01 December 2023.
22. Candidates will attend an online interview to be held on 02 /03 December 2023. Selected candidates will be called for written test / interview in SPF’s Delhi office. Tentative date for written test at Delhi is 09 or 10 December 2023.
23. Selected candidates are expected to join SPF’s Delhi office or work location from 18 December 2023.
